Econnexion fosters social mixing between primary school students in the Grand Paris region. Our program pairs “sister schools” together to learn through a joint curriculum focused on ecological education.
Inspired by the biological mechanism of DNA repair, our project addresses both social segregation and environmental apathy. Our curriculum lasts a full year and includes both in-person meetings in natural settings and a number of activities to enable students stay in contact remotely throughout the year.
By bringing schools of different backgrounds together in natural spaces, we believe we can create long lasting friendships and bring about a greener and more equitable world.
